Ode to Cherry Tree emerged during a retreat in Denmark. Called by the presence of a tree once-bountiful with fruit, a sequence of 20 spontaneous drawings emerged in honour of its generous life. These were laid beneath its dying branches, now abundant with lichen and insects.
