On 26 June 2022 we co-hosted Revive with Daphne Lambert of Greencuisine Trust. The convivial gathering brought together chefs, farmers, researchers, producers, bakers, writers, nutritionists and fisherfolk to explore how we can reconnect food, land and healing through the art of ritual. The matter of food is at the heart of the inquiry into these new cultural forms and ‘stories to live by’ that flourish our bodies and the body of the planet.
